    in the St Edwards Hall in the PLEC aka the IHM School building

    Rib Preparation:
    • Thursday : Wash, trim and apply rub
    • Saturday : wrap, 1st & 2nd cook, rib distribution both afternoon and evening after 5:30 mass.
    • Sunday : cook, rib distribution after 9:30 & 11:30 mass
